My oldest son graduated from high school in May. I'm still not sure how he grew up so fast!
But - not only was he graduating, he was also leaving 2 weeks later to serve a mission for our church.
We are so proud of him! We had a party at our house to celebrate both events.
He's a really smart kid and loves academics so I used a lot of random old book pages to decorate.
The wall behind the dessert table was covered with book pages up to the ceiling. It was so cool!
I also put book pages running down the center of the dessert table on top of the blue chevron pattern tablecloth. It was a little vintage, a little modern, a little masculine, a little scholarly, and a little festive!
I made Chocolate Cake Pops, Lemon Bars, Coconut Mini Cupcakes, Biscoff Frosted Cupcakes with custom rosettes, and of course,
I made BYU ovals since that's where he'll be going when he comes back. GO BYU!
The gradation boy cookies were my version of Sweet Sugarbelle's. They look like little Tyler's!
And I did little white shirts and ties for my missionary boy. See the teeny, tiny, little name tags? These adorable shirts were inspired by some I found on Pinterest. And you can see the circles that I stenciled with the chevrons that were also on the dessert table cloth. We didn't get any good pictures of them, but I also made chevron designed water bottle wrappers with a cute little circle graduation logo on the front.
